Boma | Roberto Lazzeroni | 2022

flexform-logo.png

The Boma table draws inspiration from the “intricate simplicity” of sailboats, in which wood was the most frequently used material. The chief carpenters typically poured all of their know-how into the sailing vessels’ impeccable construction details, in terms of functionality and formal elegance.

The top is crafted in wood and marble versions and rests on a structure made of solid wood in elliptical section. The legs cross and rotate onto a crossbeam; a steel tensioning rod lends stability to the table.

The result is a solid table with well-calibrated proportions, comfortably at home in settings with the most diverse styles.
